This award is given to businesses that show actions through 120 indicators in four different areas of corporate social responsibility such as: corporate ethics, life quality in the company, community service and environmental service.

This award is given to companies that promote activities with their original elements. Meliponiculture and the melipona bee ceremony have been carried out at Xel-Há for seven consecutive years. A symbolic and mystical encounter of Mayan traditions is prepared every six months under the full moon.

The Mayan bee is originally from America and has the particularity of not having a sting, which makes it very docile but vulnerable towards depredators such as ants.
