Xcaret y Xel-Ha parks, according to Federal and Local Government request, agree with their collaborators to an emergency plan in order to maintain their labor plant on this crisis time for the national tourist industry.
Yesterday, the Management Council of the Xcaret and Xel-ha parks invited their collaborators to an extraordinary meeting to state a supportive agreement and keep the 2,300 direct employees the parks have.
Even when Quintana Roo has not had any cases of swine flu reported and parks remain open and welcoming visitors; Partners, Directives and collaborators are quite sure that difficult times are about to come, due to the huge sensibility tourist markets suffer in relation to epidemiological alerts.
During the meeting, partners of the parks explained the tourist affluence perspective and urged all collaborators to trust on action taken by the Federal, State and Local Government in order to safeguard Mexican health. Besides, they highlighted discipline and availability citizens have shown all over the country in order to follow government instructions and get rib of this crisis and come through.
Parks Xcaret and Xel-Ha are ready to welcome visitors who give us their confidence and will remain open when influx has a hike in the destination.
