In keeping with Mexican tradition, Xel-Ha cut the inaugural slice of Rosca de Reyes (literally “King’s Cake”) at a typical breakfast celebration, which was cheered on by Hu and Mo, Xel-Ha’s Park Guardians –more than happy to bring amusement to each and every boy and girl attending the event.
A large number of families arrived at the Community Center of the Rotary Club, in Cancun’s 103rd sector, eager to give and receive smiles, season’s greetings, and, of course, a delicious slice of King’s Cake. This holiday of enormous importance to Mexican tradition was duly shared with family and friends.
The celebration was radiant with human values and relevant messages for today’s society, doubtlessly ascertaining that social labor oriented towards common welfare helps dispose us all to a state of well-being.
This charity has been taking place from a number of years back, sharing the meaning of happiness and encouraging family ties, all these things credit to the social breakthroughs that can be achieved with the help of Socially Responsible Enterprises (ESR, by its initials in Spanish) such as Xel-Ha.
