The honors of the opening statements were left to Ricardo Saenz Morales, biologist, manager in charge of Sustainable Development at Xel-Ha, who, in mentioning that this program is barely in its third consecutive year, stated his surprise at the renewed and intense interest shown by the local inhabitants, plainly pouring their best efforts and all their talent into painting the façades for their houses.
